Just a reminder that we will be having a sitting volleyball practice/scrimmage on this Sunday, May 21st at Douglass Community Center from 1-3:30 or 4p.m. We would love to have as many people as possible attend so that we could play a couple of matches.
 
If you have never played sitting volleyball before I encourage you to attend! It is really a lot of fun and very similar to standing volleyball. We will spend time warming up and explaining the rules before starting. If you would like to bring family or friends that would be great too!
