WHERE:  Louisville, - Kosair Charities/Spina Bifida Assoc. Offices - 982 Eastern Parkway - 40217

WHAT:  Adaptive Sports and Fitness Fair in partnership with the Spina Bifida Association of Kentucky and the CP
KIDS Center (all ages)

The event will feature a variety of adapted/wheelchair sports.   Center stage at the event will be Chuck Dietzen,
M.D., otherwise known as “Dr. Doom” – a Physiatrist from Indianapolis who is also a pro wrestler and does special
exhibition matches with children who have special needs that are guaranteed to thrill the kids, the crowd, and to
scare their mothers.  

HELP NEEDED:  Help is needed from athletes to demonstrate any or all wheelchair sports such as basketball,
tennis, handcycling, fencing and recruitment of new or potential athletes.  If you have your own sports chair
or handcycle please plan to bring it with you to the event.
