Open Division entries must be received by March 4, 2005 . All other divisions by March 25, 2005 .

Online registration : available to USTA members only. (use credit card to pay fees) Go to: www.usta.com and click on “Tournaments”, enter event ID#150112505.
Mail Entry : use entry form below and include check made payable to “POTC” for the full amount ($60. US).

RULES OF PLAY:
All players must show USTA membership card (or country federation card) prior to first match. USTA cards may be purchased or renewed at tournament desk.
ITF/USTA Rules, Point Penalty System and Code of Conduct will be in effect for Open divisions.
Check-in time is 15 minutes prior to scheduled match time.
Players are subject to no-show default 15 minutes after scheduled match time.
DRAWS:
A, B, C draws will be posted at www.usta.com on March 27, 2005 . Players are responsible for confirming their match times. Open division draws will be made Thursday, March 31, 2005 ( 6:00pm ) at the tournament site ( Roger Scott Tennis Center ). On the USTA site, enter event ID# 150112505.
FORMAT:
Best two out of three sets, 12-point tiebreak at 6-all. Some doubles and consolation events may use an alternative format. First match consolations for singles events only. Tournament reserves the right to modify format in the event of weather delays.
NUMBER OF EVENTS:
Players are limited to one singles and one doubles event. If age- eligible, players may also enter a Senior or Junior event.
DIVISIONS OFFERED:
Singles and doubles in Men’s Open, A, B, C; Women’s Open, A, B; Quad Open, A, B; Junior Open. Doubles only in Senior Open/A and B/C.
BALLS:
Wilson is the official ball.

Transportation to/from Pensacola Regional Airport to tournament hotel and between tournament hotel and site will be provided upon request.
T-shirts will be given to all players and registered coaches.
Lunches and player Fish Fry or BBQ, social. Meal tickets must be presented at each meal. Guest tickets will be available for purchase at registration and at the site.
Breakfast items (fruit, bagels, cereals, etc.) will also be provided.
Wheelchair storage will be provided (at player’s own responsibility).
Massage therapy will be available.
Water, snacks, fruit will be available throughout event.
Racquet stringer will be available in Pro Shop (small expense).

To site traveling east or west on I-10: Take I-110 South to Brent exit. Go left. (1.8 miles). Turn left on 12 th Ave . Immediately get in right lane and veer off to the right onto Summit Blvd . Roger Scott Tennis Center will be on your left (.5 miles).
To Hotel: Instead of veering right onto Summit , stay on 12 th Ave. Turn left on Airport Blvd . and the Hampton Inn will be on your immediate left.
To site from Pensacola Airport : Turn Left onto 12 th Ave . as you leave the airport on Airport Blvd. Turn left at next traffic light ( Summit Blvd. ). Tennis Center will be on your left (.5 miles). To Hotel: Cross over 12 th Ave. and the Hampton will be on your immediate left.
